Nach Abschluss der Anfrage löschen wir die Einsendung bei Netlify.

2. No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking services (for videos see section 7). Fonts and scripts are served from our own server, not from third parties.

3. Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). When you visit, information your browser sends (such as IP address, browser type, operating system, time of access) is processed automatically. This is technically necessary to deliver and secure the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Transfers to the USA are based on Standard Contractual Clauses. This data is not combined with other sources.

4. Scheduling via Cal.com

The booking buttons link to Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc., USA). Only if you follow the link and book a meeting are your details (name, email address, chosen time) sent to Cal.com, stored there to manage the booking and added to our Microsoft 365 calendar. 5. Request form (free sample)

If you submit the free sample form, your website and email address are sent through the form service of our host Netlify (Netlify, Inc., USA) and stored there until we have handled your request. We use them only to build the sample and to contact you about it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Transfers to the USA are based on Standard Contractual Clauses. Once the request is done, we delete the submission at Netlify.

6. Email contact

If you email us, we store your details (name, email address, message, website) to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). By clicking you consent to this transfer (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG); the consent applies to that video only. Transfers to the USA may occur on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
